  • STANDARD (Mainland UK)* FREE on orders over £50 (or £2.99 if not)
  • EXPRESS (Mainland UK)* FREE on orders over £100 (or £4.95 if not)

SUP (Stand up paddleboard) prices:

Surfboard prices-

Boards up to and including 5’10ft £9.99

Boards over 5’10ft £14.99

On all standard (UK mainland)* delivery orders placed before 15.00 hours will be dispatched the same day or next working day.
Delivery takes approximately between 2-3 working days.

On all EXPRESS (UK Mainland)* delivery orders place before 15:00 will be dispatched the same or following business day – Delivery takes approximately 1-2 working day.

You will receive an email with your delivery tracking info after your purchase unless it’s a small item then that will be delivered via Royal Mail signed for.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at info@bajusurf.com to discuss your options, are policy is set out below:

Refunds on new/unused products

Our policy on unused products lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, after 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to process a refund/ exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds on used products

If you have used your product and were not satisfied, then we can still offer you a refund provided 14 days have not gone by since your purchase. To be eligible for this refund the board and all accessories must be in the same condition you received them in.

To process your return, we will require proof of original purchase or a receipt. Please only send your return to us directly at the address specified on this page


We will inform you to whether or not your refund has been accepted or rejected. If it has been accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days. If it has for any reason been rejected, we will tell you for what reason.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve followed these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bajusurf.com so we help you on the matter.


We only exchange items that are proven to be defective or damaged. Please contact us at info@bajusurf.com so we can assist you with this.


To return your product, you should mail your product to us at the address provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a track delivery service for your return, as we cannot guarantee the arrival of your return. Exchanged products are subject to normal courier delivery times.
